Our highly trained staff of classroom management teachers is dedicated to supporting the development of all educators. Our team uses proven researched based methodologies and highly effective strategies to help children grow academically, socially, and behaviorally. Our professional development training improves skills in classroom management and offers a better learning experience for the students.
President
Jordan Reeves Walker, Ed. D.
Dr. Jordan Walker is a National Trainer and Speaker with over 20 years experience. She received her Ed. D. from the University of Sarasota in Organizational Leadership. She taught emotional and behavior disordered in the public and private settings. She started the company in 1999 while working with Dr. Terry Alderman from Resources for Professionals. She works with administrators, teachers, staff, substitutes, parents and bus drivers. Learning Focused Schools, Thinking Maps, Motivating At-Risk Students, Implementing a PLC, and the De-Escalation Program are just a few of the many trainings she offers. Amie Dean, M. Ed. NBCT
Amie Dean is Nationally Board Certified and has worked with thousands of teachers across the U.S. She is the founder of Educational Strategies Unlimited which provides teachers with practical strategies to use in the classrooms where the assembly line nature of schools does not work for all students. She is a specialist in Differentiated Instruction. She has over 15 years experience in education and has built an expansive “toolbox” for teaching, motivating, and managing even the most difficult students. Contact her directly at amie@amiedean.com
Cheryl Caddell Savage, M. Ed. NBCT
Cheryl Savage received her M. Ed. from The Citadel in Charleston, SC. She is a Nationally Board Certified teacher, and has served in administration. She is experienced in addressing the needs of audiences of classroom teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, parents and district personnel. Kent Kenney, Ed. S.
Kent Kenney has served in education for 28 years including experience in the classroom and as an administrator. He is fluent in Spanish and does workshops for Hispanic parents in their first language. He taught at both middle and high school levels. Jeanne Hagood, M. Ed.
Jeanne Hagood received her masters degree from the University of South Carolina. She has served as Master Teacher, Teacher Coach, Literacy Coach and has been voted “Teacher of the Year”. She is a specialist in curriculum and instruction and the effective use of best practices within the classroom.
